BioTech Medics, Inc. announced that it has signed a $5 million U.S. cross-marketing licensing non-exclusive contract for its patented SHBAN Alcohol Free Persistent Hand & Body Sanitizer with LifeBionix, Inc. The agreement includes cash and ongoing royalties payable to BioTech over a five year term anticipated to start third quarter 2013 without dilution of BioTech stock.
