Bintai Kinden : Distribution Agreement between Bintai Healthcare Sdn Bhd (BHSB) and SLAB Asia Co. Ltd.

We refer to BINTAI's announcement dated 8 January 2021 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1) The operational impact of the Distribution Agreement on Bintai Group.

2) Whether BHSB possesses the required expertise, knowhow and resources to act as an exclusive distributor.

3) The risks in relation to the Distribution Agreement that BHSB may be exposed to and what are the processes and procedures put in place to mitigate the risks.

4) To elaborate the manner in which BHSB intends to market and distribute the Products in South East Asian countries.

5) Whether the Distribution Agreement and distribution of the Products require approval from the relevant authorities in Malaysia and the respective South East Asian countries, together with the name of the relevant authorities and status of approval.
