ABOUT THIS REPORT
Scope and Boundary
The report covers the operations of Bimputh Finance PLC (''Bimputh'' or the "Company'') for the period from 1st of April 2020 to 31st March 2021. The content of the report was determined through a process of materiality assessment as described in page of the annual report. There were no significant restatements of information nor significant changes in the Company's size, structure ownership or supply chain during the year.
