Bilia AB (OM:BILI A) entered into an agreement to acquire Toyota dealerships in Malmo, Trelleborg and Lund from Toyota Sweden Holding AB for SEK 61 million on January 20, 2014. The purchase price includes SEK 48 million for the assets and the balance for redemption of loans. The business generated an annual turnover of SEK 350 million in 2013.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and is expected to close on March 1, 2014.
