Bilfinger SE : Michael Bernhardt appointed Member of the Executive Board and Labour Director

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE has appointed Michael Bernhardt, 48, Member of the Executive Board with effect from January 1, 2016. He will assume responsibility for human resources and the function of Labour Director, which had previously been held by Dr. Jochen Keysberg on an interim basis. Michael Bernhardt comes from the former Bayer Material Science AG, currently Covestro AG, where he held the same position.
