(e) On January 21, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of
Overstock.com, Inc. (the "Company") approved the base salaries for 2022
(effective January 30, 2022) and the payment of discretionary cash bonuses to
certain of the Company's executive officers, including those set forth in the
table below. The Committee also approved the grants of restricted stock units
under the Company's 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, which are set forth in the

table
below.
