Bestsun Energy Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600681) commences share repurchases on January 17, 2019, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 4, 2019. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase not more than CNY 400 million worth of its class A shares. The repurchase price will not exceed CNY 16 per share. The company will use its own funds to repurchase the shares. The plan is valid for 12 months from the date of shareholders' approval.
