Investimenti e Sviluppo SpA (BIT:IES) signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 40% stake in M2 Pictures Srl from M2 Holding Srl for €2 million on January 24, 2013. In a related transaction, M2 Holding Srl signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 4.84% stake in Mondo Home Entertainment S.p.A. (BIT:MMG) from Investimenti e Sviluppo SpA for approximately €1 million. M2 Pictures reported revenues of €8 million in 2012.

The transaction is subject to due diligence. The transaction is expected to complete in February 2013.
