Benso Oil Palm Plantation PLC announced for the information of the general investing public that, the Board of Directors will be recommending to the shareholders the payment of a final dividend of GHS 1.0073 per share for the 2023 financial year at its AGM to be held on May 24, 2024. Ex-dividend date is May 20, 2024. The final dividend will be paid on June 28, 2024.
All shareholders registered in the books of BOPP at the close of business on May 22, 2024, will qualify for the final dividend.
