Beijing Sanyuan Foods Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600429) and Fosun International Limited (SEHK:656) signed a series of transaction documents to acquire Brassica TopCo S.A. and PPN Management SAS from Montagu Private Equity IV, L.P., managed by Montagu Private Equity LLP for approximately €630 million on July 25, 2017. Brassica TopCo S.A. and PPN Management SAS reported net turnover of €129 million. The proposed transaction will be submitted to St Hubert's workers' council and is subject to clearance from relevant competition and regulatory authorities. The deal is approved by the Chinese regulatory and antitrust approvals in January, 2018.
