Banner Corporation reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 132.55 million compared to USD 142.52 million a year ago. Net income was USD 39.8 million compared to USD 39.59 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.15 compared to USD 1.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.15 compared to USD 1.15 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was USD 265.51 million compared to USD 295.83 million a year ago. Net income was USD 77.35 million compared to USD 95.15 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.25 compared to USD 2.77 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.24 compared to USD 2.76 a year ago.
