Pursuant to art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco Popolare publishes its 2016 corporate events calendar:
9 February 2016 | Approval of the 2015 draft annual report and consolidated financial statements |
19 March 2016 | Annual General Meeting (1^ call: 18 March 2016) |
10 May 2016 | Approval of the interim report as at 31 March 2016 |
5 August 2016 | Approval of the Half-yearly report as at 30 June 2016 |
8 November 2016 | Approval of the interim report as at 30 September 2016 |
The Board of Directors designated the town of Lodi as the venue for the next Annual General Meeting; the current Articles of Association provide that one or more remote connections can be set up.
In compliance with the Instructions to the Regulations of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, please note that any dividends payable out of 2015 profits will be distributed in the month of April 2016.
