BANCA CARIGE SELLS
600 SHARES OF THE BANK OF ITALY'S SHARE CAPITAL TO BANCA SAN GIORGIO
QUINTO VALLE AGNO
Genoa, 30 January 2020 - In line with the Strategic Plan (envisaging the disposal of the Bank of Italy's shares in excess of the 3% dividend-bearing stake), notice is hereby given that Banca Carige has sold 600 shares of the Bank of Italy's share capital, for a nominal value of EUR 25,000 each, to Banca San Giorgio Quinto Valle Agno at a price equal to an overall nominal value of EUR 15 mln, which also coincides with its historical cost.
After the disposal of this 0.2% stake in the Bank of Italy's share capital, the Carige Group still holds 10,495 shares, corresponding to a 3.5% shareholding.
