James Ryan notified Bally's Corporation (the "Company") of his decision to resign as a member of the Company's Board of Directors effective January 16, 2023. Mr. Ryan is the Chief Executive Officer of Pala Interactive, LLC. which was recently acquired by Boyd Gaming Corporation.
