Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Following compliance with state regulatory licensing approvals, on January 11, 2021 Jaymin B. Patel joined the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bally's Corporation (the "Company"), in the class of directors with a term which expires at the 2021 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Patel has been appointed to the audit and nominating and corporate governance committees of the Board. Mr. Patel will be paid in accordance with the Company's compensation policy for non-employee directors.
