Global Sugar Producers on the S&P Global Platts Report

Lucknow, June 17, 2024: Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar stands out as the only Indian sugar company featured in the June 2024 Sugar Market Report by S&P Global Platts. The company secured the 10th spot globally in terms of sugar production for 2023-24, among a total of 20 rankings.

According to the report, sugar production in Asia dipped amid poorer weather conditions in the wake of El Nino, which led to companies losing their rankings. However, Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar has retained its ranking along with a marginal increase in its sugar production for FY23-24.
