On January 13, 2022, AZZ Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a fiscal year 2022 third quarter cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 8, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 25, 2022.
