On January 17, 2020, AZZ Inc. issued a press release announcing that on January 16, 2020, its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 18, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 3, 2020.
