Services available through Incident Commander include legal counsel, digital forensics, incident response, and crisis and reputational management. These are provided by AXIS approved, trusted third-party vendors that already work closely with the AXIS Cyber Risk Advisory and Cyber Claims team in supporting customers towards a recovery after an incident.
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Incident Commander's complimentary, rapid triage and support services can be accessed by email or phone. The service is available from the moment an incident occurs and throughout the process, until the point where the case can be seamlessly transferred to the Cyber Claims team to manage the onward claims process.
As part of AXIS Cyber Risk Advisory, Incident Commander will be led by Nicholas P.R. Steinmann. With a background in digital forensics and incident response, Mr. Steinmann joined AXIS in May 2024 and is based in New York.
