FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

Pursuant to bye-law 155 of the Bye-laws of Automated Systems Holdings Limited (the "Company"), all dividends or bonuses unclaimed for six years after having been declared may be forfeited by the Board (the "Board") of Directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company and shall revert to the Company. The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company that the following dividends remaining unclaimed on 26th January 2018 will be forfeited and revert to the the Company:

Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to but yet to receive the dividend payments or cash in their dividend warrants in respect of the above dividends are advised to contact the Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office of the Company, Tricor Tengis Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong as soon as possible but no later than 4:30 p.m. on 25th January 2018.
