AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 20^th& 21^st of January 2022 President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 22.380 and 3.900 shares of Autohellas S.A. respectively at a total value of € 222,110.00 & € 36,868.04.
