ESSENTIAL OILS OF TASMANIA ACQUISTION


Atlas wishes to inform the market that it has secured sufficient binding commitments (including receipt of acceptances under the rights issue) for funding to enable the acquisition of Essential Oils of Tasmania to proceed. It is the intent of Atlas subject to all conditions precedent being satisfied to now move to settlement of Essential Oils of Tasmania which we anticipate will be in the week ending 18 January 2013.
The Board of Directors wish to remind Eligible Shareholders that the Non-Renounceable
Pro-Rata Entitlement Offer is closing as previously announced at 5.00pm (AWST) on
18 January 2013. Those Eligible Shareholders who wish to take up the Entitlement Offer need to have their Entitlement and Acceptance forms and payment lodged by that date.
