You Kexiu agreed to acquire 5% stake in Zigong Atlantic Aoli Mineral Co., Ltd from Atlantic China Welding Consumables, Inc. (SHSE:600558) for CNY 3.7 million on December 13, 2018. You Kexiu signed the property rights transaction contract with Atlantic China Welding Consumables, Inc. on December 24, 2018.
You Kexiu completed the acquisition of 5% stake in Zigong Atlantic Aoli Mineral Co., Ltd from Atlantic China Welding Consumables, Inc. (SHSE:600558) on January 23, 2019. Recently, You Kexiu paid the full consideration.
Atlantic China Welding Consumables Inc is a company mainly engaged in the research and development (R&D), production and sales of welding materials products. The Company's products include welding rods, welding wires, such as solid wires, flux cored wires and non-ferrous wires, and fluxes and welding materials ore raw materials.
