PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. acquired the remaining 50% stake in Wojciechowo project from Greentech Energy Systems A/S (CPSE:GES) for €3.67 million on January 24, 2013. The consideration consists of €3.05 million for the share sale and €0.62 million as shareholder loan repayment.
