AT&S reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was EUR 3,354,000 or EUR 0.14 basic and diluted per share against EUR 7,904,000 or EUR 0.34 basic and diluted per share a year ago. This rise in revenues is predominantly attributable to improved capacity utilization at the Group's HDI plant in Shanghai. Although utilization was below expectations in the first half of this year, order intake picked up sharply in the third quarter following the successful launch of several new products in the Mobile Devices market.

For the nine-month period, the company reported revenues were EUR 405,121,000 against EUR 371,754,000 a year ago. Operating result was EUR 20,981,000 against EUR 31,644,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 8,060,000 against EUR 26,070,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was EUR 5,439,000 against EUR 21,864,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was EUR 5,439,000 or EUR 0.23 basic and diluted per share against EUR 21,891,000 or EUR 0.94 basic and diluted per share a year ago. Net cash generated from operating activities was EUR 28,260,000 against EUR 50,433,000 a year ago. Capital expenditure for property, plant and equipment and intangible assets was EUR 36,196,000 against EUR 91,643,000 a year ago. Purchases of financial assets were EUR 292,000 against EUR 1,618,000 a year ago.
