Canadian home sales fell 0.9% in December from the previous month, breaking a streak of monthly gains that began last March, the Canadian Real Estate Association said on Wednesday.
The industry group said actual sales, not seasonally adjusted, rose 22.7% from a year earlier, while the group's Home Price Index was up 3.4% from December last year.
