Associated Bank announced the promotion of Tracy Foss to the role of senior vice president, Milwaukee market leader, Private Client and Institutional Services. She is responsible for leading business development activities and ensuring a cohesive strategy that leverages the substantial brand presence in Milwaukee. With more than 20 years of wealth management and executive benefits experience, Foss has been a member of the Associated Bank team since 2016. Previously, she held the position of senior client advisor, where she was responsible for working with high-net-worth individuals, senior executives and their families to understand their goals and objectives, and assemble the right team of Associated experts to develop a customized plan.
