e.sco, the kick scooter more powerful and dedicated to urban mobility

Safety and ease of driving for urban travel

Askoll, the leading company in Made in Italy electric vehicles, presents e.sco, the electric scooter designed and developed for shared mobility. With e.sco, Askoll aims to promote safe and sustainable mobility. Easy to drive and ideal for beginners, e.sco is resistant and stable, equipped with three 10 '' anti-puncturewheels (one front and two rear) to ensure maximum safety during use, an essential feature especially for a vehicle intended for sharing services.

Driving e.sco is agile and fluid thanks to the shock-absorbing systems on the fork and the rear axle. The three wheels allow a more comfortable, stable and safe ride even on uneven road surfaces. The tilting platform also allows optimal handling. A regenerative braking system characterizes e.sco: the brake lever will enable you to activate both the front energy recovery function and the rear double disc brake. The vehicle is also equipped with a practical theft-deterrent system.

The energy-efficientbrushless electric motor is positioned on the front wheel. e.sco is powered by a lithium- ion battery with a total capacity of up to 630 Wh, 3.8 kg in weight, and allows a range up to 60 km. It can reach 25 km / h, the maximum speed envisaged by current regulations, but this speed may vary according to regulatory changes and future traffic rules.

Equipped with a GPS tracker and telemetry, e.sco is characterized by a clean and elegant design: all cables are hidden in the frame and the battery, protected by an intelligent lock and openable with key or APP, removable as for Askoll scooters, is positioned inside of the platform, thus ensuring greater stability

Lightweight and resistant, thanks to its aluminium structure, it allows a maximum load of 110 Kg. The Askoll scooter has a digital display and a front and rear light and signals braking with the rear.

The vehicle has three running modes plus a "pedestrian" mode limited to 6 km / h with a buzzer.

Environmental sustainability and economic sustainability: Askoll's support to sharing operators translates into the proposal of resistant and long-lastingvehicles equipped with more extensive batteries that allow fewer swapping operations. Furthermore, depending on the operator's needs, it is possible to customize the kick scooter aesthetically and in terms of technical content. The flexibility that distinguishes the Askoll proposal allows the Vicenza company to compete on the European market and offer itself as a global platform.

e.sco, due to its characteristics, is not only the ideal scooter for shared mobility, but it could be the progenitor of vehicles dedicated to the new urban mobility: no longer a light vehicle designed for multimodal commuting, but a natural means of commuter for travel from home to work, in complete safety.
