Asia Vital Components Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary AVCDG announced that update pertains to the March 13, 2024 announcement regarding the subsidiary AVCDG acquiring land use rights and expanding its plant. Initially, the plan was to construct a five-story plant. To increase production lines and storage space, the new plant is now planned to be expanded to eight stories.
Consequently, the original construction cost of RMB 75 million has been updated to RMB 127 million.
