Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the six months ending June 30, 2021 and for the full year ending December 31, 2021. For the six months ending June 30, 2021, the company expects to report sales of JPY 1,067,500 million, operating profit of JPY 93,500 million and profit of JPY 59,400 million or JPY 117.42 per basic share.
For the full year ending December 31, 2021, the company expects to report sales of JPY 2,296,000 million, operating profit of JPY 216,000 million and profit of JPY 152,000 million or JPY 299.97 per basic share.
Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. specializes in the production and marketing of beer and non alcoholic beverages. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- alcoholic beverages (31%): beer, liqueurs, wine and whisky (brands Asahi Super Dry, Asahi Style Free, Clear Asahi, Kanoka, Asahi Slat, Sankaboshizai-Mutenka Wine, Taketsuru, etc.);
