An undisclosed buyer acquired 3.9% stake in HansaMatrix, SA (RISE:HMX1R) from FlyCap Investment Fund I AIF, fund managed by FlyCap for €0.48 million on January 19, 2018. In this transaction, FlyCap sold 0.07 million shares at the price of €6.75 per share. Post acquisition, FlyCap will own 11.62% stake in HansaMatrix, SA. An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of 3.9% stake in HansaMatrix, SA (RISE:HMX1R) from FlyCap Investment Fund I AIF, fund managed by FlyCap on January 19, 2018.
