(Ad Hoc Announcement Pursuant to Article 53 of the SIX Exchange Regulation Listing Rules)

15 July 2024

DELISTING OF SHARES APPROVED WITH EFFECT AS OF 17 OCTOBER 2024

Arundel AG (the "Company") has received the decision of SIX Exchange Regulation approving its application to delist the Company's registered shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange. The last trading day of the Company's shares was fixed for Wednesday, 16 October 2024, and the delisting will be effective as from Thursday, 17 October 2024.

The delisting of the Company's shares was approved by a large majority of its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 May 2024.

The Company operates through three segments: Investments in Government Tenanted Property which is involved in acquisition, operation, and lease of office properties in Germany. Investments in Development Land Segment comprises acres of land in India which is intended for residential development. Investment Advisory Division, through the Companyâs subsidiaries, offers investment management and advisory services to family offices and fund managers.
