ArrowMark Financial Corp. is an SEC registered non-diversified,closed-end fund listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "BANX." Its investment objective is to provide shareholders with current income. BANX's primary investment objective is to provide stockholders with current income. We attempt to achieve our investment objectives through investments in preferred equity, subordinated debt, convertible securities, regulatory capital relief securities and, to a lesser extent, common equity. ArrowMark was appointed investment advisor to the Fund in February 2020. Subsequently, the Fund

changed its name from StoneCastle Financial Corp. to ArrowMark Financial Corp.
