Anubhav Agarwal made an open offer to acquire a 26% stake in Arihant Tournesol Limited from its shareholders for INR 3.86 million.

Anubhav Agarwal made an open offer to acquire a 26% stake in Arihant Tournesol Limited (BSE:526125) from its shareholders for INR 3.86 million on November 11, 2022. Anubhav Agarwal will acquire up to 2.57 million shares for INR 1.5 each. Transaction will be financed from Anubhav Agarwal own resources.

The tender offer will commence on January 3, 2023, and close on January 16, 2023. As of December 26, 2022, as per the revised schedule tender offer will commence on January 6, 2023, and will close on January 19, 2023. As of January 4, 2023, Committee of independent directors believes the offer is fair and reasonable.
