Northwoods Energy LLC announced that it has received $851.7 million in funding from Apollo Global Management, LLC and other investors

On January 10, 2018, Northwoods Energy LLC closed the transaction. The company has received $851,700,000 in funding in the transaction from four investors including new investors, Apollo Investment Fund VIII, L.P. and Apollo Natural Resources Partners II, L.P.; funds managed by Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE:APO) for $850,000,000.
