Apex International Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 3,199.09 million compared to TWD 3,610.63 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 57.85 million compared to TWD 381.03 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.3 compared to TWD 2.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.3 compared to TWD 2.01 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 11,315.37 million compared to TWD 10,364.09 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 832.85 million compared to TWD 826.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.38 compared to TWD 4.35 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.38 compared to TWD 4.35 a year ago.
Apex International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). Its PCBs are applied in electronic products, such as digital versatile disks (DVDs), liquid crystal display televisions (LCD TVs), fax machines, air conditioners, digital cameras, projectors, TV tuners, voltage converters and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment; computer peripherals, such as DVD players, recordable machines, printers, power supplies, hard drives and motherboards; communication equipment, such as mobile phones, set-top boxes and satellite TV receivers, as well as automotive audio components. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
