Apex International Co., Ltd. announced that resume of the replaced member: Mr. Lin, Chin Miao:Independent Director of company and Mr. Chang, Chung Chiu; Independent Director of company. The company also announced resume of the new member: Mr. Su, Chau-Chin:Professor, Department of electrical engineering, National Chiao Tung University and Mr. Chen, Yung-Tsai:Director, Celxpert Energy Corporation.
Apex International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs).
