Apex Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 8,000,000 shares at an issue price of THB 62.5 for the gross proceeds of THB 500,000,000 on March 21, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Apex International Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
Apex International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). Its PCBs are applied in electronic products, such as digital versatile disks (DVDs), liquid crystal display televisions (LCD TVs), fax machines, air conditioners, digital cameras, projectors, TV tuners, voltage converters and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment; computer peripherals, such as DVD players, recordable machines, printers, power supplies, hard drives and motherboards; communication equipment, such as mobile phones, set-top boxes and satellite TV receivers, as well as automotive audio components. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
