The management has done recent reviews on documentation of A2H's company matters and has found that the Company has neglected to upload the form of NSX Change in Directors Interests of Mr. Chen Dongliang and Mr. Li Jun who are the Directors of A2H since last notice on 24 April 2017.

The table below summarised the transactions of A2H shares being acquired and disposed by Mr. Chen dongliang and Mr. Li Jun:
