Anhui Korrun Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300577) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CNY 20.85 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for ESOP or equity incentives. The program will be funded from company's own funds. The program is valid for a period of 12 months.
On June 3, 2024, the company amended its share repurchase program. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 20.76 per share.
Anhui Korrun Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sales of travel products such as luggage, shoes and related accessories. The Companyâs products mainly include business bags, outdoor leisure bags, protective covers for tablets and mobile phones. The Company has two kinds of business modes. One is original design manufacturer (ODM) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the other one is proprietary brand business. Its proprietary brand includes Guildford and 90 points. Its ODM and OEM modes mainly provide products to Lenovo, Decathlon, ASUS and Samsonite. The Company operates its business in domestic market and overseas markets.
