Almighty Natural Resources Limited agreed to acquire Exploration Oyadao North license from Angkor Resources Corp. (TSXV:ANK) for $0.59 million on June 18, 2024. The consideration consists of None of Almighty Natural Resources Limited having a value of $0.59 million to be issued for assets of Exploration Oyadao North license.

As part of consideration, $0.59 million is paid towards assets of Exploration Oyadao North license.The use of proceeds shall be used to Expand oil and gas production in Canada and Finance exploration work on the Andong Meas license.
