AmRest Holdings SE ('AmRest', 'the Company') informs that it received on January 2nd, 2017 a notice from Gosha Holdings S.a.r.l., being a person closely associated with Mr. Henry McGovern and Mr. Steven Winegar - members of the Company's Supervisory Board, about its obligation to purchase AmRest shares. The full content of the notification is provided in the attachment to this report.
