Amica Wronki : The Issuer announces a new Market Maker for its shares traded on the WSE

The Management Board of AMICA WRONKI S.A. with its registered office in Wronki ('Issuer') announces that from 4 January 2016, Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska Spółka Akcyjna will act as the market maker for the Issuer's shares.

[As from 30 December 2015, the Exchange member, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., ceased to act as the market maker for the shares of Amica Wronki S.A.; The agreement with the previous underwriter - Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (formerly Dom Maklerski BZ WBK Spółka Akcyjna) has been terminated by the Issuer].

Pursuant to the concluded Agreement for provision of market maker services on the WSE, Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska S.A. agreed to act as the market maker for the bearer shares and the rights to shares in line with the applicable legislation and the Rules of the Stock Exchange as well as other regulations issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Stock Exchange authorities and Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. [National Depository for Securities].

The agreement with Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska S.A. has been concluded for an indefinite term. The parties allowed for the possibility to terminate the agreement with a two months' notice with effect as of the end of the month.
