American Energy Announces Change of Chief Operating Officer

American Energy Partners, Inc. announced that Kurtis Z. Hoffman has been hired as Chief Operating Officer for American Energy, effective January 1, 2022. Josh Hickman will step down as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member effective January 1, 2022, and continue his role as President of Hickman Geological Consulting, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Energy. Mr. Hoffman previously served as a Vice President at CNX Resources.
