Please help Ambu fight corruption and keep a high standard of business ethics. Every report concerning violations is important to us and helps prevent financial loss and reputational damage.

What to report
You are strongly encouraged to take action promptly if you experience or suspect that an Ambu employee or representative breaches legislation or Ambu Policy. Examples may be theft, embezzlement, blackmail, bribery, money-laundering or breach of Ambu's Code of Conduct. Offenses such as bullying should not be reported here but by contacting management.

Our whistleblower Initiative should only be used for serious reports and not for frivolous accusations.

How to report
You report a possible violation by sending an e-mail to w-hotline@ambu.com.

Please note that this is not an anonymous report since your email may contain personal information. We will not attempt to identify your e-mail address nor try to track your IP address. However, if a police investigation or other external investigation is needed, we might be required to supply the information we possess. And we may not be able to get to the bottom of the issue that you report without further assistance from you. Therefore, we encourage you to identify yourself and give your contact information, should we need further information.
