The Board of Directors Meeting no.4/2022 of Amata Summit REIT Management Co., Ltd. as the REIT Manager of Amata Summit Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("AMATAR") held on August 11,

2022 had approved the material resolutions as follow:

1. Approved the Financial Statements for the second quarter of 2022 ended 30 June 2022
2. The distribution payment of Amata Summit Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust is for the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 at the rate of Baht 0.160 per trust unit. The payment date will be on 14 September 2022. The distribution will pay to the right of unitholders whose name appear on 26 August 2022 which was determined to be the record date.
