on the final rate of dividend for 2023

Pursuant to Section 17.1.9 of the General Terms of Service of the Budapest Stock Exchange, ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-1033 Budapest, Kórház utca 6-12, company registration number: Cg.01-10-045985) ("Company") hereby informs Shareholders of the final dividend amount.

As the Company informed investors on May 7, 2024, the General Meeting has resolved to pay a dividend of HUF 7,972,589,600. Dividend per own share is paid to shareholders entitled to receive dividends in proportion to the number of shares held by them.

As at today, the Company owns 128,783 own shares, on the basis of which the Company pays a gross dividend of HUF 402.6 per ALTEO ordinary share (ISIN code: HU0000155726) for 2023 to shareholders entitled to receive dividends.
