Altarea Cogedim delivers the first tertiary sector building in Paris with the BBC® label, guaranteed Carbone Compensé®
For the real-estate investment trust company Edissimo managed by Amundi Immobilier, Altarea Cogedim has very recently delivered GREEN ONE, the first office building in Paris with HQE® certification, a "green" lease, carbon compensation (Carbone Compensé®) and the BBC Effinergie® label. This building designed by Berlin architects Lin will soon be home to Syndex, a consultancy specialising in employee representation.

In Paris' 18th district, on the corner of Pajol and Riquet, near Marx Dormoy subway station, GREEN ONE has 5,174 square meters of net floor area for offices and stores. This tertiary operation is part of an ambitious project by Paris Town Hall and SEMAEST to revitalise northern Paris, developing businesses activities in an enhanced urban and green environment. PAJOL business park, the pilot eco-district under construction, comprises over 3 hectares and has all the complexities of a ground-breaking sustainable urban development project.

GREEN ONE opens on to a new garden and the renovated Pajol Hall which will become the largest photovoltaic plant in a town center in France.
