Alphatec Holdings, Inc. announced preliminary unaudited revenue results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020, U.S. Revenue is $43.0 million to $43.3 million and Total Revenue is $43.8 million to $44.1 million.
For the year ended December 31, 2020, U.S. Revenue is $141.0 million to $141.3 million and Total Revenue is $144.8 million to $145.1 million.
Alphatec Holdings, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Alphatec Spine, Inc., EOS imaging S.A.S. and SafeOp Surgical, Inc., is a medical device company. The Company is focused on the design, development, and advancement of technology for surgical treatment of spine disorders.
