Keiichi Nakazawa, current Representative Director and President of Alpha IT, Inc., signed a a basic agreement to acquire Alpha IT, Inc. from Alpha Group Inc. (JASDAQ:3322) on November 28, 2014. Nakazawa will acquire 1,400 shares of Alpha IT. Alpha IT had net assets of ¥69 million, total assets of ¥96 million, sales of ¥156 million, operating profit of ¥34 million and net income of ¥13 million for the year ending March 2014. The Board of Directors of Alpha Group passed a resolution for the transaction on November 28, 2014. The conclusion of the share transfer contract is scheduled on March 31, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2015.

Alpha Group Inc. is primarily engaged in agency business providing integrated service from market development and test marketing to sales. The Company operates in three business segment. The Office Supply business segment arranges mail-order sales of office supplies to final customers. The Environmental Merchandise business segment is engaged in the provision of services for home water delivery services, development operation and management of power generation facilities, as well as sales and rental of light emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment.
